Tik-Tok has taken reading books by storm. We now follow all the people and get into reading the trending “booktok”. Guilty over here to some degree. It is such an easy way to see reviews.
One evening tucking the kids into bed I came to the realization they are dragons! No not the fire breathing ones. Laughing to myself I turn to my husband….. WE HAVE BOOK DRAGONS! 3 out of 4 of the kids have a stack of books with them beside or in their bed as they read into the night, with the youngest falling asleep with the book on their face sometimes. You have to get the information in somehow. The moose is an audio book reader, just like his daddy. I have gotten into challenges with my son over completing books of his before him. I will say that many of the books he reads I really do enjoy! (excluding the Minecraft ones). Going into summer you will be seeing books all over my house and by the pool. Mine will be a kobo by the pool. I would love to support my child’s love for reading with a kobo but I don’t know the amount of young/preteen books that are available.
